In the potting of complex components such as motor stators, vacuum potting can effectively eliminate bubbles and ensure that the potting material completely penetrates into every gap.

　　預(yù)熱：將產(chǎn)品（如電機(jī)定子）置于真空箱內(nèi)進(jìn)行預(yù)熱，以降低環(huán)氧樹脂的粘度并提升其流動(dòng)性。
　　
　　灌注：在真空環(huán)境下，利用真空泵產(chǎn)生的負(fù)壓將環(huán)氧樹脂或其他灌封材料注入產(chǎn)品內(nèi)腔。
　　
　　固化：完成灌注后，將產(chǎn)品置于烘箱中進(jìn)行高溫固化，使環(huán)氧樹脂充分硬化。
　　
　　Preheating: Place the product (such as a motor stator) in a vacuum box for preheating to reduce the viscosity of the epoxy resin and improve its fluidity.
　　
　　Injection: In a vacuum environment, use the negative pressure generated by a vacuum pump to inject epoxy resin or other potting materials into the inner cavity of the product.
　　
　　Curing: After the injection is completed, place the product in an oven for high-temperature curing to fully harden the epoxy resin.
